dc.description.abstract | 在當前全球經濟與政治的動盪不安中,企業面臨諸多挑戰,迫切需要透過技術創新與流程改革來提升靈活性與競爭力,隨著SAP宣布將於2027年停止支援ECC版本,並轉向SAP S/4HANA,企業必須評估和執行ERP系統的升級。本研究旨在探討企業如何透過企業資源規劃(ERP)系統的升級結合企業流程改善(BPI),來應對這些外部環境變化,有效地利用ERP系統以提升企業競爭力。
本研究採用個案研究方法,深入分析一家跨國製造業公司如何實施SAP S/4HANA的升級及相關的流程改進措施,研究涵蓋生產、品質、物料管理、銷售與財務模組進行深入探討,研究發現ERP升級與BPI的結合不僅提升操作效率,也改善資料準確性,例如:物料管理和生產規劃模組,新系統支援更精確的庫存控制和生產調度,顯著提升供應鏈的反應速度和效率。
本研究提供了一個實證案例,展示如何通過技術升級和流程優化來強化企業的市場適應性和內部效率,有類似情境的企業可以依據本研究的發現,更有信心地推動ERP系統的升級與流程改進工作,以此來應對快速變化的市場需求和技術演進。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Amidst the current global economic and political turmoil, businesses face numerous challenges and urgently need to enhance flexibility and competitiveness through technological innovation and process reform. Following SAP′s announcement that it will discontinue support for the ECC version in 2027 and transit to SAP S/4HANA, companies must assess and execute ERP system upgrade. This study aims to explore how enterprises can effectively utilize ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency by combining ERP system upgrade with Business Process Improvement (BPI) to respond to these external environmental changes.
The research employs a case study approach to deeply analyze how a multinational manufacturing company implements the upgrade of SAP S/4HANA and associated process improvement measures. The study examines thoroughly the production, quality, material management, sales, and finance modules. The findings reveal that the combination of ERP upgrade and BPI not only enhances operational efficiency but also improves data accuracy. For example, in MM and PP modules, the new system supports more precise inventory control and production scheduling, significantly enhancing the responsiveness and efficiency of the supply chain.
This study provides an empirical case that demonstrates how technological upgrades with process optimization can strengthen a company′s market adaptability and internal efficiency. Businesses in similar situations can confidently push forward with ERP system upgrades and process improvements based on the findings of this study, addressing the rapidly changing market demands and technological evolution. | en_US |
