dc.description.abstract | This research aims to explore the procurement strategy of flash memory, with S Company as the research subject. The study investigates flash memory procurement strategies under uncertain environmental factors. With the rapid development of the flash memory market, companies face numerous challenges when formulating procurement strategies. This paper utilizes the Five Forces Analysis model to deeply analyze market competitiveness, focusing on the bargaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of buyers, the threat of substitutes, the threat of new entrants, and the intensity of competitive rivalry. The study reviews the current status and trends of the flash memory market, summarizing uncertain environmental factors that affect procurement strategies, such as technological advancements, supply and demand fluctuations, and policy changes. Subsequently, through case studies, it examines the strategies adopted by different companies in response to these uncertainties and their outcomes. The research findings indicate that companies need to flexibly employ diversified procurement strategies, including long-term partnerships, diversified supply sources, and dynamic adjustments to cope with market fluctuations. Additionally, strengthening cooperation with suppliers, enhancing supply chain transparency, and flexibility help reduce risks brought by uncertainties.
