| dc.description.abstract | 歷史建築屬於文化資產的一環，在取得法定身分後，如未能即時進行修復並妥善維護管理，往往面臨快速的毀壞頹圮，其在於歷經長久的歲月，建築本體在風吹、日曬、雨淋和人為破壞的因素下，脆弱的難以想像，新竹縣歷史建築原新埔照門派出所（下稱照門所），2018年在警方新廳舍完成遷移後，成為備用倉庫，並未移交文資機關或單位接手，更無編列預算和專業人力持續維護，僅基本的維持周邊環境整潔，建築物已明顯開始毀壞，未來極有可能步上新竹縣另一歷史建築內灣警察官吏駐在所的後塵，在漫長等待終於啟動修復之際，崩毀於一場豪雨，本研究希望藉由專案管理的核心概念，特別是風險管理部分，值此青黃不接的空窗期，將照門所委由在地義警民防夥伴執行保溫代管專案，以利爭取納入行政院自2016年起陸續推動的重要政策-再造歷史現場專案計畫，呼應地方民意的期待，促請有關單位重視和盡速啟動修復計畫，搶救寶貴的文化資產。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Historical buildings are part of cultural assets. After obtaining legal status, if they are not repaired immediately and properly maintained and managed, they often face rapid destruction and decay. The reason is that after a long period of time, the building body has been damaged by wind, sun, Due to rain and vandalism, it is unimaginably fragile. The historical building in Hsinchu County was originally the Xinpu Zhaomen Police Station (hereinafter referred to as the Zhaomen Police Station). After the relocation to the new police headquarters was completed in 2018, it became a backup warehouse and was not handed over. The cultural and cultural institutions or units took over, and there is no budget and professional manpower for continuous maintenance. They can only basically keep the surrounding environment clean. The building has obviously begun to deteriorate. In the future, it is very likely to end up like another historical building in Hsinchu County, Neiwan Police Officer Station. After a long wait for repairs to finally start, it collapsed in a heavy rain. This study hopes to use the core concepts of project management, especially the risk management part, to entrust the door-to-door maintenance during this lean period. On-site volunteer police and civil defense partners implement the insulation management project to facilitate inclusion in the important policy of the Executive Yuan since 2016 - the reconstruction of historical site project plan, echoing the expectations of local public opinion, and urging relevant units to pay attention and start as soon as possible Restoration projects to rescue valuable cultural assets. | en_US |
