dc.description.abstract | 過去許多學者針對五大人格特質與工作績效的關連性,發現「外向性」對業務員的「工作績效」有預測效果。本研究以某壽險公司263位業務員與主管為研究對象,以五大人格特質中的「外向性」與「情緒穩定性」與「工作績效」進行探討,結果顯示「外向性」愈高的業務員,業務員「工作績效」愈高;「情緒穩定性」愈高的業務員,業務員「工作績效」愈高。 | zh_TW |
