dc.description.abstract本論文主要探討共平面波導不連續(Discontinuity)的結構特性,應用不連續結構等效之集總元件,設計剖風儀(Wind Profiler)低雜訊放大器之匹配網路。由於剖風儀使用之低雜訊放大器數量繁多,共平面結構可以簡化設計與製作的程序。使用印刷電路板製作可以減少製作的誤差,提高低雜訊放大器特性的一致性。 本文中使用IE3D完成共平面波導不連續結構模擬,使用ADS電路模擬軟體設計出不連續結構的等效電路與低雜訊放大器,並以FR4基板實現共平面波導不連續結構與低雜訊放大器。比較模擬與實作結果的一致性,確認共平面波導不連續結構特性以完成低雜訊放大器的阻抗匹配。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn the thesis, the characteristics of coplanar waveguide(CPW) discontinuities are studied and applied on the matching networks of low noise amplifiers(LNA) at 1.3 GHz. First, the LNA is designed using ADS software. In the design, all the components are lumped elements. Then, all the lumped components are replaced with CPW discontinuities as much as possible. The circuital values corresponding to the CPW discontinuities are obtained using IE3D electromagnetic simulation software. All the designs are verified by measurements. The simulation and measurement results are in good agreement.en_US
