dc.description.abstract | 由熱蒸鍍方法製作金銀微粒,並利用針尖放電破壞金銀奈米微粒樣品的表面,研究放電所需的各項條件。再經過雷射光照射樣品並觀察樣品穿透率的變化。
我們發現在負針平板放電過程中,觀察到可以在奈米微粒樣品上面產生小規模的破壞。隨著放電距離增加,所需的放電電壓也跟著增加,而所需的功率也越高。而放電後發現金銀微粒孔洞內各殘留著一些奈米粉末。並且當雷射光穿過破壞區域時,其穿透率會隨著光強度的改變而變化。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Employ thermal evaporation to make up gold and silver nanoparticle sample,use tungsten tip discharge on the sample in air.
Consider the conditions that tip make damage on the sample.and use laser to pass through the damage area and measure the transmission.
We discover when the distance between tip and sample increase,the needful voltage and power increase too.
When the laser power increase,the transmission to pass through the damage area also increase. | en_US |
