dc.description.abstract | 應用MARC有限元素分析軟體,結合最佳化軟體IMSL,建立MARC之最佳化系統。利用此最佳化系統,來分析渦輪葉片鍛造加工問題,以NACA0012之斷面為例,建立模具外型曲線,求得鍛件誤差量為最小之模具外形。
首先探討不同摩擦條件之下,模具最佳化後,對鍛件表面誤差的影響。並探討不同摩擦條件下對成型力量曲線及等效應力分佈的影響,並且以相同模具外型,改變摩擦條件,對成型力量的影響。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This paper attempts to establish the optimal system using FEM software MARC combining with the optimal software IMSL. This paper also applys this system to analyze the turbine blade forging, and takes the cross-section of NACA0012 for example of finding the optimal die shape to minimise the thickness error.
First, this paper discusses the influence on thickness errors, forging force and equivalent stress at different friction conditions after optimisation.Then this study also discusses the influence on the influence on forging force at different friction conditions with the same die shape. | en_US |
