dc.description.abstract世界經濟的發展從農業經濟轉型至知識經濟,突顯出投資在研發、教育與訓練的重要性。在「知識即是商品」與「人才與知識比資本更重要」兩大概念下,知識服務業日益蓬勃發展而且重要性也日漸增加,而此產業的發展更與我國經濟發展有著密切的關係,其中又以「顧問服務業」與「產業研究服務業」的發展最具代表性。 有關產業研究服務領域的研究相當有限,本研究特別經過文獻的探索、參考顧問服務業的產業價值鏈,著手進行國際現況與大廠個案研究、台灣現況與廠商行為研究,發現國內外產業研究服務公司的營運與成長有一特定模式,進而提出「產業研究服務五階段發展模式」與「產業研究基本架構與知識管理互動模式」。 從研究中分析企業轉型的障礙與必備要素,以及產業研究服務業務的可能成長路徑,提供給國內外已從事或欲從事產業研究服務之公司或相關組織作為策略規劃之參考,並探究產業研究服務應有的產業研究與知識管理互動的架構,協助實務界提供最佳服務與提高營運效率。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe world economy has continued to develop from agriculture-based economy to knowledge-based economy which reveals the importance of investment in research and development, education and training. In between the two major concepts of “the knowledge is a product” and “manpower and knowledge are more important than capitals”, the development of knowledge-based service is developed profusely, and increasingly important in time. The development of this industry also has close relationship with the national development of Taiwan. The development of consulting service and industrial research service are the most representative categories as such. The academia study in industrial research service field is still limited. This paper has thoroughly studied literature review and reference on value chain of consulting service. Not only that, through the research of current international development status and case studies of major companies, as well as current status of Taiwan and the activity of vendors, we discover there is special mode of operation and pattern of growth followed by the industrial research service field both in international and Taiwan. This paper proposes “The Five Stages Growth Model in Industrial Research Service” and “The Interaction Model of Fundamental Framework and Knowledge Management in Industrial Research Service”. This paper analyzes the obstacle and required factor of transformation, the possible growth path of industrial research service sector. The intention is to provide reference to strategy planning for the industry in domestic and international, and to explore the interaction in industrial research and knowledge management framework for the enhancement of high performance and increase operational efficiency in real business world. en_US
