dc.description.abstract | 如何減少光在傳輸耗損是重要的工作,而在界面處之反射是其中之一。本論文主要利用光子晶體層來減少微光學元件界面處的反射,並試著用薄膜理論來驗證模擬結果。第一步,試著把光子晶體在Γ-Μ方向的等效折射率算出。第二步,用第一步驟所算出折射率代入薄膜理論加以比較模擬結果,由模擬結果發現加入光子晶體層,穿透率由原來50.1%提昇到76.2%。第三步,把模擬出最好的光子晶體結構加到光子晶體分光器及光子晶體透鏡,並比較加入前後的差別,以證明光子晶體層的效用。由模擬結果發現加入光子晶體層後分光器的輸出有增加。由原來的0.322(a.u.)增加為0.369(a.u.) 。且光子晶體透鏡加上光子晶體層聚焦點強度確有增加。 | zh_TW |
