dc.description.abstract摘要 由於非對稱壓延具有可有效降低壓延力、材料於壓延製程的安排上,更趨自由及多樣性等優點,於壓延工業上之應用有極大的助益,故本文使用有限元素軟體MARC分析非對稱壓延加工(同徑異周速、異徑同周速、異徑異周速)於乾摩擦條件下之曲率及輥輪壓延力量對壓下率的變化情形,且討論對臨界壓下率之影響。並於異徑條件下考慮入射角度的變化對壓延板材成形之曲率及輥輪壓延力量的影響,及當上、下輥輪表面摩擦不均和輥輪周速不同對壓延加工之影響。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAbstract Because asymmetric rolling can decrease the rolling force and arrange of material on rolling arrangement is being free and a lot of variousness, have heavy benefiting at the Engineer. So this paper uses the finite element MARC to analysis asymmetric rolling and process (the same diameter and different week speed, different diameter and the same week speed, different diameter and different week speed), curvature and rolling force for reduction under dry friction condition discuss and cortical reduction influence and different diameter. Consider variable entry angle to curvature of plate forming and effect of rolling force and different surface friction at up and down roller and different roller speed to rolling procedure influence.en_US
