dc.description.abstract | In virtue of nature resources has downwardly drain away, in order to prevent our ecological system and meanwhile to ensure the sustainable development of humanity.
For the future, the materials use in construction engineering should become more ecological and become friendly for our environment.
Nowadays, the exploration of sandstones resources in our country has become complicated problem to be solved. A burgeon of automobile industries has gave a significant effects for our environment. For example: a lots number of waste tires from our vehicles, it’s a need a great budget to solved this waste tires and long period is need to perfectly corrupt this waste tires.
Taiwan is located at the subtropical zone and has rainy climate, for pavement engineering, OGAC (Open Grade Asphalt Concrete) can’t unable to satisfy the demand of service ability for pavement engineering target. Because of the climate factors, rainy bring a lots of water and this water will invade in to the pavement gradually, for the consequence our pavement will lose their functions.
For the result we should maintenance the pavement often in a short time, for the consequence we must increasing fees of maintenance this pavement. In order to reform function of OGAC pavement I would like to introduce Asphalt-Rubber Hot mix Concrete Pavement and to replace OGAC pavement with Asphalt-Rubber Hot mix Concrete Pavement is my majority target.
In this paper I would like to compare by the results of Asphalt-Rubber Hot mix Concrete Pavement in job site with the results of OGAC Pavement and Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) that made by Marshall’s in Laboratory.
From the result of Modulus Resistant (MR) test that made in laboratory, we could see that Asphalt-Rubber Hot mix Concrete Pavement has a better performance than OGAC Pavement. And also from the result of Tensile Strength Ratio (TSR) from laboratory, we could see that Asphalt-Rubber Hot mix Concrete Pavement has a better function to resist water that immerse into our pavement than OGAC Pavement.
By this paper, I would like to explain from the observation in long period I’ve made making “service ability” analysis from this Asphalt-Rubber Hot mix Concrete Pavement. And also use cost analysis making comparison between Asphalt-Rubber Hot mix Concrete Pavement with OGAC Pavement and also Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP). | en_US |
