dc.description.abstract | With the development in the high-tech industry such as semiconductor and TFT-LCD industry, using highly pure water to remove the surface pollutant is a very important procedure. In the trend of size maximization and the production skill improvement, the cost of the industry water is increasing sharply. Therefore, to use water effectively is an issue needed highly attention.
The research is focus on the regenerate solution cost to produce water in Ion-exchange resin of ultra pure water system. The research method is using the procedure of achieving task QC STORY, as the main shaft to develop a process to solve the subject. Taking U Company’s ultra pure water system for example to verify, the regenerate solution cost could be down under quality and safety control so that the resource could be saved and waste could be less. The core steps are as follow:
In the task clarification stage, it is to select the suitable QC tools to analyze and then get the 2 main findings in the research: deciding the endpoint of the ion exchange system, adjusting the chemical dosing condition for regeneration.
In the plan and investigate stage, First, it is to develop the plan by brainstorm methods. And then it is to experiment the plan and have test run to verify the plan. According to the result, the execution priority list could be made.
In the most suitable implementation stage, it is to experiment and test the ion exchange resin. And using regression analysis, according to the experiment record, to establish reasonable resin service cycle time hypothesis model as the operation basis dealing with different piped water quality. | en_US |
