dc.description.abstract | 本文研究薑黃素(curcumin)與不飽和鏈脂膜之作用,及光照對薑黃素吸附不飽和鏈脂膜的影響。利用isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC)測量薑黃素吸附不飽和鏈脂膜的自由能、焓及熵,以熱力學探討吸附過程。
實驗結果顯示薑黃素吸附不飽和鏈脂膜為放熱反應,且反應為自然發生,不需任何外力既可發生。此外,發現薑黃素經光照後水解的產物不僅無吸附熱產生,亦不影響薑黃素吸附脂膜的過程。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This thesis is to study the binding of curcumin to unsaturated lipid membrane, and the effect of light-inducing degradation on curcumin binding to membrane. We use isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) to measure the binding free energy, the binding enthalpy and the binding entropy for understanding the thermodynamics of binding process.
The result reveals that, the curcumin binding to the unsaturated lipid membrane is an exothermic reaction, and without any external force , it reacts spontaneously. Moreover, we found that the curcumin’’s result of hydrolysis has neither binding heat nor effect on the process of intact curcumin binding to membrane. | en_US |
