dc.description.abstract從日治時代到民國57年是臺灣農業發展最輝煌時代,也是農業職業教育發展很重要的時期。日治時代開始臺灣農業教育,並逐漸納入正規教育中,臺灣光復後,農業職業教育依據中華民國政府職業教育接收政策而改變。到了民國40、50年代,因四年經濟建設計畫、美援的加入,因此農業職業教育又進入另一階段。故本文以改制為省立前的關西高農的發展,來瞭解臺灣農業職業教育的演變。 日治時期,關西農業補習學校因教育政策及地方產業特色而設立。而關西高農從「關西農業補習學校」、「新竹縣立關西農業初級職業學校」、「新竹縣立關西農業職業學校」到「新竹縣立關西高級農業職業學校」」,從初等農業教育演變成中等農業教育。臺灣光復後,因新政權接收、四年經濟建設計劃、美援加入等不同的時代背景與教育政策,影響關西高農學制、課程、科系等改變。除此,也影響關西高農在學生來源、農校土地運用、「農民講習會」與「四健會」活動推廣等也隨之發展不同,因此使關西高農與地區形成複雜的關係。 關西高農畢業人數也隨時代、教育政策的不同而有所改變,而畢業後的傑出校友,只少數服務於關西地區,因此未必能夠成為關西地區的社會領導階層,但對新竹縣各區域卻有一定影響,顯示關西高農已從日治時期從「關西地區」的農校,走向「新竹縣」的農校。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIt was that the agriculture of Taiwan developed the most magnificen era during Japanese colonial period to the 57th year of the Republic of China.It is a very important period of development of agriculture vocational education, too. In Japanese colonial period,the agricultural education educates at the beginning, and bring into regular education gradually in Taiwan.After the end of World War Ⅱ in 1945,the Republic of China governed Taiwan again.After Taiwan’’s Recovery,the agriculture vocational education receives and changs according to the vocational education policies of the Republic of China Government.In the 1950s and 1960s, because “Six Consecutive Four-year Economic Development Plans”and“U.S.-Aid” begin,the agricultural vocational education enters another stages.The study aims to investigate “Guan-xi Agricultural Vocational High School” that it didn’’t become provincial school ,in order to understands the chang of Taiwan agriculture vocational education. In Japanese colonial period,“Guan-xi Agricultural Vocational High School” was set up because of the education policy and the place industry.After Taiwan’’s Recovery,“Guan-xi Agricultural Vocational High School” adjustans educational systems and the curriculum in the different time period and education policics.Besides,it makes“Guan-xi Agricultural Vocational High School” interact with the area.For example,the source of students,the land use of agricultural vocational school and the popularization of “4-H Club”sec. When the education policics are adjusted,the graduated population of “Guan-xi Agricultural Vocational High School” changes.The outstanding alumnus of graduated population cann’’t become social leading status on the area of Guan-xi.But there is certain influence on every area of Hsinchu county.It shows that “Guan-xi Agricultural Vocational High School” becomes the agricultural school of Hsinchu county. en_US
