| dc.description.abstract | 近年來砂石來源逐漸枯竭，原油飆漲的結果，使得砂石、柏油、燃油、運費、工資等成本日漲，加上同業間競價、工程單價偏低，造成經營環境困難；為免低落的得標單價影響品質甚至進一步影響商業形象或標案工程價預算金下修，造成單價遠低於市場行情，而影響未來瀝青廠發展空間；本研究即是在針對此背景所擬定的出來的改良經營策略的研究計畫，本研究主要目的即是是希望藉由提升產品品質、對大環境的經營分析、策略改變及節省人工等提昇方式，最後，應用物料管理系統等方式走出不一樣的瀝青混凝土拌和廠。首先，由時間序列分析結果得知，在2009年第二季粗級配瀝青混凝土和密級配瀝青混凝土的單價會超過2000元/噸，值得未來相關單位編列預算時候注意，如果欲取得新工程的路面鋪設工程，應有評估其相關風險的。而從問卷結果發現，瀝青混凝土拌和廠近年來經營方式，大都以人事精簡為最主要策略、提升管理能力及專業技術，也以保守投標與決策為目前瀝青混凝土廠主要的經營方式。最後，本研究發現可以透過全面的工程資料管理，可輕易地處理整個工程過程，也可藉由施工品質及產品品質的優良來進一步提昇企業形象，最終可達到厚植瀝青混凝土拌和廠競爭力目標。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Taiwan is a typical island which is lack of nature resources. The prices of aggregates, asphalt cement and transportation fee grow with each day. The competitions of Asphalt Plant were also intense than pass. Besides that, the budget of infrastructure is as sufficient as ten year ago. All conventional Asphalt Plants faces a very difficult situation in operation. Base on above those reasons, this study was developed. The major objection of this study was to find the proposed operation policy and strategies. Firstly, the asphalt plants and civil materials market were surveyed. According to Time Series analysis results, the price of coarse grade and dense grade asphalt concrete will raise to 2000 NTD per ton in 2nd Quarter, 2009. It was worthy to notice for Department of Transportation and asphalt plant owner. Especially, the constructor should evaluate the risk of bid. From Results of asphalt plant survey, most of asphalt plants owners adopt reducing human cost, raising asphalt concrete quality, and advantage of computer assistant software. At last, the study also founds utilization of e material managernment system in asphalt plant had a lot benefit of increase competition in the same business. | en_US |
