dc.description.abstract | 本研究利用一裝有光學尺的快速變距機構來搭載一數位相機鏡頭
於不同距離取得之目標物影像並配合軟體影像運算系統,將經過
最小均方法運算後取得之影像邊界特徵之後,綜合單CCD空間定位
法之左右旋轉法與完全對焦法原理,量測物件於不同的位置的尺
寸大小來獲得一線性分布,進而得出一個物件尺寸隨距離變化的
趨勢曲線並找出其特性方程式來近似出其物件尺寸隨距離變化的
相依性;並以之判斷此機構於快速移動至設定點後之穩定性及定
位準確度。
此次研究利用以CMOS相機模組所取得之影像進行物件尺寸隨距
離變化的相依性比較實驗,實驗結果顯示在固定限制條件下,與
光學尺讀值驗證結果,單點量測平均誤差為0.67mm;依驗證結果
使用在100mm/0.23seconds的設定行程中,可量測出該快速變距機
構的平均定位誤差為1.01 mm。

dc.description.abstract | In this research, the use of combined 3-D PTV image shifting and focus value method to extract depth information from a 2D image was performed by a rapid change distance to carry camera module and inline with optical ruler for verify the positioning accuracy, in the end of this research, the average single-point measurement error for 0.67mm; according to verify the results of the use of 100mm/0.23seconds settings in the program, scalability of the rapid change mechanism average positioning error of 1.01 mm,could measured by this method.
