- A case of the delivery service company
ABSTRACT
To a delivery company, the key to success is to employ a high autonomy and good work motivation employee. If we do not have systemic selection tools, the risk of employing inappropriate workers would be raised a lot. In this study, in order to fit the future development, the case company wants to set an employment standard through the applicability scale.
This paper attempts to relevant academic literature referred to basic of literature, Job Adaptive Test of analysis to verify the company with the case of the correlation between working performance. Investigating the appropriate scale of SD in the selection of cases on the feasibility of the company and the possibly usage. Determining the validity of the test, as a selection of cases in the recruitment and training reference.
It is found that, among the SD’s character, ambition, extraversion, teamwork have a positive impact on selling performance and the number of new contracts. While Ambition, extraversion, teamwork, care, initiative and innovation have a negative impact on self-blame incidences. Stability is a negative impact on complaints from customers.
At last, this paper provides some suggestions to the case company in accordance with the empirical conclusions, which may good to the delivery industry
