dc.description.abstract | 本研究分為兩大部分:(1) 台灣地區砂石供需調查與分析,(2) 以鈦砂
(水洗除氯之礦尾渣)取代磚製程中部分細粒料的較佳配比研究。研究發現未
來台灣會面臨到砂石短缺的問題,因此,開發人工粒料將可穩定巿場的需
求。由於呈濾餅狀的水洗除氯礦尾渣拌合後有團塊現象,若將水洗除氯之
礦尾渣先半烘乾並過#16 篩,稱之為鈦砂,拌合時可獲較佳效果。本研究利
用直交表、Minitab 與孔隙填充比等三種方法,分析鈦砂取代部分細粒料製
磚之較佳配比,結果顯示Minitab 分析法可以獲得材料配比與混凝土性質的
關聯圖,在兼顧強度及吸水率的要求下,可方便選擇適當的製磚配比,較
具實用性。直交表分析法時,發現水泥用量的影響效果最大,其次為水灰
比,而改變鈦砂用量會產生交互作用之現象,亦會影響強度變化。孔隙填
充比分析法,可依所需之磚強度,調整水泥用量,可以獲得較低水泥用量
及較高鈦砂用量的磚製品。藉由磚的強度、吸水率與成本的綜合評估結果,
發現磚的強度可達到規範要求,但磚的吸水率無法符合規範要求。在成本
方面,摻配鈦砂之磚製品與一般磚製品之材料成本相近,皆有獲利空間。
三種分析方法所得之較佳配比製磚後,破碎製成人工粒料,其粒料基本性
質較直接使用礦尾渣製成之人工粒料佳。

dc.description.abstract | This study concerns with the investigation of sandstone in Taiwan, and the
superior mix proportion of Ti-sand in place of the fine aggregates on bricks. It
also showed that there might be a shortage of sandstone in Taiwan. For this
reason, it could result in the growth of the aggregate demands on artificial
sandstone market. Ti-sand can be easily mixed. Our study uses Orthogonal
Arrays Analysis, Minitab Analysis and Porous Fill Proportion Analysis. The
study uses these three methods to analyze the superior mix proportion of Ti-sand
in place of the fine aggregates of the brick. The result showed that Minitab
Analysis collect a better connection on the proportion of the materials and the
property of concrete. This method can help us to choose a better proportion in
making bricks, and also satisfy the needs of strength and absorption.
Through the Orthogonal Arrays Analysis, the study discovers that the
amount that was used for cement has the greatest effect on the strength, and the
second would be the water-cement ratio. By changing the amount of used
Ti-sand, it will develop an interaction which will affect the strength. Due to the
strength that needed on bricks, Porous Fill Proportion Analysis can adjust the
amount of cement used. This can also obtain a lower use of cement and a higher
use of the Ti-sand. From the estimation of the strength, absorption and prime
cost on bricks, the study discovers that the strength of bricks can achieve the
standard conditions, but the absorption of bricks cannot accomplish it. On the
prime cost side, the material cost of the Ti-sand bricks and the regular bricks are
relatively close and profitable. The artificial aggregates are the broken bricks
from the superior mix proportion of the three methods, and the property of the
artificially aggregates is better than the artificially aggregates which the SCDS
in place of the fine aggregates of the bricks.
