dc.description.abstract台灣以農立國但隨著工業的發展,農業人口轉移及老化造成生產力不足,繼之農耕機械的引進與發展補足了農業生產力的不足,農耕機具的普及亦造成農戶購置與維修成本的提高,且農耕機具使用亦因農耕階段各有其機種而需購置各型機種,為此衍生助耕代耕之產業及政策發展,也使農業社會結構的多元化,提高機具的使用率及成本降低已為現今的重要議題之一。 本研究以聯合收穫機收割水稻田為研究範圍,建立一套以整數規劃為架構之數學最佳化模式,協助機組派遣員將須收割的水稻田分區後,統一規劃機組派遣方案,以使衍生之派遣成本最小化增加收益。當外在環境及限制條件改變時,本研究模式可隨時依最新條件調整參數,重新進行後續新增水稻田收割之機組派遣。另經由敏感度分析,針對各參數之敏感度變化趨勢,主動調整相關參數,以因應實務變化得後續機組派遣方案。本研究將各案件之基本資料及限制條件訂定各限制式之參數,將資料以EXCEL軟體方式輸入LINGO8.0套裝軟體求解,即可得各水稻田機組派遣後之總派遣成本最佳化之結果。 為驗證模式之適用性,本研究以新竹縣某些鄉鎮內之水稻收割為範例測試,測試結果與人工經驗決策及指派方式比較,顯示成效良好。故本研究可靈活運用於各水稻田整體機組派遣規劃,以為重要參考依據。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractTaiwan is founded on agriculture. The decreasing of agricultural productivity is owing to the development of industry which cause the transfer and aging of agriculture population. The use of the agricultural machines and its development compensate the agricultural productivity. The price of agricultural machines and its maintenance cost increased. Different stage needs specific agricultural machine. Therefore, people who own the agricultural machines help the other farmers do some works to earn money. It is one of the important topics that how to improve the utility rate and cost down. This study is based on paddy rice farmland using joint harvest agricultural machine to establish an optimum mathematic model by integer regression. This model can help the machine assigner partition the paddy rice farmlands and then dispatch the agricultural machines to make the cost minimum and benefit increasing. This model can adjust the parameters and redispatch the machines owing to extra paddy rice farmland demands when external environmental and constraint factors change. This study sets up the parameters based on the basic information and restrictions of each case. The above data use OFFICE EXCEL to input LINGO 8.0 software to get the cost optimum results. This study adopts the paddy rice farmlands at one town in Hsinchu County for verification. The test results show that this model is better than the traditional manual operation. Therefore, this study could help the paddy rice farmland machines assigner to manage the machine assignments. en_US
