dc.description.abstract市場全球化影響與區域性經濟成型的衝擊下,產業競爭已由製造管理擴展到供應鏈管理,所以如何創新或改善供應鏈管理模式以提升企業競爭力,是目前企業重要的課題,故本論文設定供應鏈管理改善成功的個案為研究對象,探討企業為追求經營目標與供應鏈管理目標,如何成功地改善企業供應鏈管理,以建立效率與滿足客戶的服務能力兼容的優質供應鏈管理模式,讓企業績效提升與建立企業競爭優勢,在全球化的賽局中勝出。 本論文透過個案研究過程中蒐集個案公司2004年~2009年企業目標、企業管理模式與供應鏈管理模式改善的實務運作相關資料,並結合SWOT模式、策略管理、績效管理與業界相關供應鏈技術加以分析,以探討個案公司供應鏈管理模式的改善過程與架構,最後歸納出結論與建議,提供企業擴展或產業導入供應鏈管理改善時進行參考,減少改善過程因決策與方案的錯誤所損失的成本與時間,另一方面建立供應鏈管理改善的關鍵績效指標與企業競爭優勢要素,可提供企業與後續研究者參考。 依據研究結果,本論文建議產業界要達到改善供應鏈管理模式的成功契機,需要注意(一)企業資源規劃系統整合與改善;(二)企業流程再造的必要性;(三)對資訊科技演進的重視;(四)重視協同合作;(五)建立完整供應鏈管理關鍵績效指標;(六)供應鏈管理者的認知與高階主管的支持。另外本論文期盼後續研究改善供應鏈管理模式加上組織行為變化、綠色環保與供應鏈安全以建構完善的供應鏈管理模式改善架構。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractUnder impact of market globalization and economy regionalization, industrial competition has been extended from manufacturing management to also cover supply chain management. So how to innovate and improve supply chain management to enhance the competitiveness is an important subject of modern enterprises. This thesis set a study by a successful case of improving supply chain management. In pursuing of business goals and supply chain management objectives, company shall take actions to improve supply chain management, to create a SCM model with both efficiency and customer-satisification. With capable SCM, cooperate could upgrade performances and competitiveness for winning in the global game. Through the research process, the study collected corporate goals, corporate management and supply chain management practices to improve the operation of relevant information of the case from 2004 to 2009 , combined with SWOT model, strategy management, performance management and related supply chain technology to analyze, studying the company’’s process and framework in improving supply chain management, it concludes the findings and suggestions to provide industry or business expansion into supply chain management to improve for reference, reduced loss of cost and time in the improved process due to fault decisions and programs. On the other hand to establish key performance indicators and elements of competitive advantage in improving supply chain manage, provide business and future research for reference. Based on research results, this study suggests the industry to achieve the successfully turning point in improving supply chain management, need to pay attentions as the following items: (1) the integration and improvement of Enterprise Resource Planning system; (2) the need for Business Process Reengineering; (3)value evolution of IT; (4) emphasize collaboration; (5) establish a complete key performance indicators of supply chain management; (6)the awareness from manager of SCM and the support of top manager. Look forward to further research to improve supply chain management with organizational behavior change, environmental protection and supply chain security in order to build a perfectly improvement framework in supply chain management. en_US
