In addition, the internal ability keeps upgrading, the enterprise is no longer to provide the sole product and service to the single market but moves toward the diversification on business model. Hence, the enterprise needs to seek for the power which continues to grow up.
The research focuses on diversification. The case is quartz industry, and be named as T Company. By the deep interview, we discuss how the T Company break through the technology bottle neck and market size under the internal and external environment. And, how does the T Company use itself core technology to run the diversification? Last, how does the T Company attempt from the high-technology and multi-process quartz industry to LED industry?
The research can be summaried:
1. When the T Company accelerates growth energy, the diversification on business model for operation appears important.
2. With the growth of the enterprise, the T Company keeps the strength of its core technology, research innovation, and process improvement. And, making use of management strategy becomes the key factor of the diversification.
