dc.description.abstract | 從 Protege-OWL API 開發監測系統,發現兩個議題:1) Reasoner Pellet與系統整合後的推論能力受限, 2) 系統執行速度緩慢,無法作real time 反應。本文提出以 OWL API 取代 Protege-OWL API 開發系統,使 Reasoner Pellet能更成功與系統整合。並透過十個 test cases 的測試顯示,使用 OWL API 的系統執行速度比 Protege-OWL API 明顯提昇至少14倍以上。

dc.description.abstract | Two issues were found in using Protege-OWL API to develop a surveillance system: 1) the reasoning ability of Pellet integrated with the system has its limits, 2) unsatisfactory performance that cannot react to environment immediately in real time. We proposed replacing Protege-OWL API with OWL API to facilitate integrating Pellet with the system seamlessly. Finally, there are ten test cases showing that integration with OWL API is 14 times faster than before in velocity.
