dc.description.abstract | 本論文以T5螢光燈管(Fluorescent lamp)為光源建立適用於植物組織培養苗栽培的照明系統,此系統主要包含光源與驅動器。光源使用不同波長搭配紅光與藍光波長,藉以達到調整光質促進植物成長的目的。驅動器設計則為螢光燈用電子安定器。
使用上述照明系統作為組織培養苗栽培的研究包含:(1)比較此光源與傳統T8螢光燈管在
1. 嘉德麗雅蘭(Lc. Dinard ‘Blue Heaven’×Blc. Guanmian ‘烏花’)
2. 菊花(Dendranthema grandiflora ’英國風車’)
3. 合果芋(Syngonium podophylum ‘白雪公主’)
4. 球型仙人掌(Opuntia dillenii)
組織培養苗栽培上的差異;(2)調整此光源的光譜,探討紅光與藍光在相同光期內對組織培養苗生長的影響。
研究結果發現使用T5螢光燈光源系統作為植物組織培養的人工光源,四種植株出瓶後30天的最大平均存活率與T8燈管相較可提升17%。
我們可依照相同的觀念設計出適用於各種植物栽培的其他光源系統(例如:發光二極體),後續宜針對此點優先探討。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | A lighting system for plant tissue culture was developed using T5 fluorescent lamp, mainly included illuminant and driver. The diverse wavelength in red and blue with advanced adjustment to provide the great enhancement in plant growth. The driver capability is for Fluorescent lamp.
The above lighting system for plant tissue culture included:
(1) The comparison between traditional Fluorescent lamp and the lighting system with below plants.
1. Cattleya (Lc. Dinard ‘Blue Heaven’×Blc. Guanmian )
2. Chrysanthemum (Dendranthema grandiflora )
3. Syngonium podophyllum
4. Cactaceae (Opuntia dillenii)
The variation and feasibility in plant tissue cultivation. (2) Spectrum adjustment through the impact with red and blue light to plant tissue cultivation.
The lamp in red wavelength and blue wavelength arrangement could better help improved plant cultivation the growth rate to 17 percent compare with T8 fluorescent lamp. With the concept, it is workable to create variant lighting system(Light Emitting Diode) to speed up plant growth. The research will be prioritized with above development. | en_US |
