dc.description.abstract | 本研究以 10 家科技產業公司之 209 位員工為研究對象,探討心理氣候、心 理賦能、工作績效與組織公民行為等變項之間的關係,以及心理賦能在變項關係 間的中介影響效果。研究結果顯示員工的心理氣候知覺會正向影響其心理賦能, 心理賦能會正向影響組織公民行為的展現。此外,心理賦能對於心理氣候與組織 公民行為具有部份中介的影響效果。本研究針對研究結果提出管理意涵的討論與 未來研究之建議。

dc.description.abstract | This study investigates the relationships among psychological climate, psychological empowerment, job performance, and organizational citizenship behavior. The mediating role of psychological empowerment in the relationships between variables is also explored. It is found that effect on their psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Besides, the mediating effect of psychological empowerment on the relationship between psychological climate and organizational citizenship behavior is partly confirmed. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
