dc.description.abstract | A successful enterprise requires not only outstanding employees, but also loyal staff members with high commitment and willing to devote themselves to the organization. Furthermore, the ability of enterprise employees, the manner and interaction between employees and staff members, and the smoothness of their communication way and channel, can affect the atmosphere of organization and also satisfaction degree of staff members; then directly or indirectly influent the organization commitment from staff members. When communication within organization doesn’t go smoothly, it will reduce the degree of working satisfaction and centripetal force to the company and then staff members will gradually disagree the culture and value of company, even increase the chance of resigning from company. For those companies that change from capital management to human resource management, it will create severe injury and affect the organization achievements.
Since organization communication must play a role as a bridge between enterprise employees, managers and staff members, it becomes quite important subject for discussing working satisfaction and organization commitment. Based on the view point of communication theory, we could gain advantage to discuss and define relationship between organization communication, working satisfaction and organization commitment. In the conclusion, this article discusses how efficiency and smoothness of communication between staffs, managers and enterprise operators can make serious effect on working satisfaction, and organization commitment. This article aims at this topic, proposes the related propositions and is being a reference for the following research.
