In this research, those effects to Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Job Performance that were caused by Emotional Intelligence will be addressed; moreover, employees that are currently working as Human Resource workers were set as research targets. The methodology is to apply quantitative questionnaires to investigate 282 targets, the statistic result shows that there is a positive correlation in EI’s effect and Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, as well as Job Performance.
