dc.description.abstract | In order to solve the administrative authorities deal with the huge affairs of the state task in our country, and to resolve the shackles of the executive authorities normally limited by the laws and regulations and hierarchy resulting in inefficiency and the inflexibility in the administrative corporation of the implementation of the Organizational Reform of the Executive Yuan,through private , outsourcing activities and corporatization,in which the corporatization, including the establishment of the Administrative Corporation organization form.
Administrative corporation established for the purpose isto handle the public tasks of the government and private sector neither suitable, such as: arts and culture, education, research and public tasks; by independence, emphasis on efficiency and flexible type of organization, and with public and corporate positioning–Administrative corporation to perform such public tasks.

Administrative Corporation Law amending the law added to the dual leadership Institutional, to avoid confusion with the individual organizations Law. 3. regulations added to the resignation of artistic director, elected by the members of the Board to temporarily avoid the chairman to serve as the two jobs. 4. in order to avoid the power struggle of no remuneration of the chairman and artistic director, subject to set up an incentive mechanism.
