dc.description.abstract | 近年來,由於材料之設計與合成的進步,發現了許多雙極性的材料,其中有些甚至具有雙載子傳輸性質。因此,我們設計與合成一系列雙極性的分子,在分子結構上作細微的調整與修正,使其HOMO 或LUMO 能階能與陰陽極之功函數相仿,即可簡化OLED 元件結構而不影響元件之放光效率。本論文探討以Bis(3,5-di(9H-carbazol-9-yl) phenyl)amine (CzPA) 當作予體,此結構是由本實驗室陳錦地老師合成出3,5-Bis(9- carbazolyl)tetraphenylsilane (SimCP) 的衍伸物;分別以Oxadiazole (OXD)、Triazole (TAZ)、Benzimidazole (PBI)和Diphenyl phenanthro midazole (PPI) 當作受體,成功合成出予體-受體(D-A, Donor - Accepor)系統,這些新型材料皆具有良好的熱穩定性質。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In this dissertation, We have developed a novel electron-transporting type host materials (bis(3,5-di(9H-carbazol-9-yl) phenyl)amine, CzPA), oxadiazole / triazole / benzimidazole / diphenyl phenanthro imidazole hybrid bipolar host materials (CzPAOXD, CzPATAZ, CzPAPBI, CzPAPPI).
