dc.description.abstract | 本論文為透過電腦系統模擬驗證江士標提出創新的微重力演算法的可行性,並且開發MEMS型微重力計及其實體系統驗證平台的建構。本論文的電腦系統模擬結果顯示此演算法的可行性,提供了MEMS型微重力計開發的電路設計規格資訊、軟體的規劃,也達到了縮小重力計的體積、降低開發成本的目的。而後續實體系統驗證平台的建構,提供了開發出的MEMS型微重力計的實驗平台。

dc.description.abstract | This thesis is to verify the innovative micro-gravity algorithm that prof. Jiang Shi Biao proposed, through the computer simulation, and developed the MEMS-type micro-gravimeter and its verification platform. In this thesis, the results of computer simulation shows the feasibility of this algorithm, provides the information of the whole system for the MEMS-type micro-gravimeter circuit design specifications, software, also reduces the volume of the gravimeter and development costs. The follow-up construction of the system verification platform, provides the MEMS-type gravimeter experiment platform.
