dc.description.abstract摘要 本研究目的在探討台灣矽晶太陽能產業,建構於技術創新的競爭策略,依此發展合適產業之經營方案。利用模糊層級分析法,建構出技術創新評選因素,並以問卷方式分析評選因素之權重,進一步找出合適的關鍵發展方案。研究成果說明如下: 一、建立競爭策略評選層級架構三大面向分別為「生產規模」、「產品與技術發展」與「產業整合程度」,而六個次要目的分別是「規模遞增」、「固定規模」、「多樣化」、「集中化」、「高程度整合」、「低程度整合」,而十二項評估準則分別是「計畫性擴產(推式)」、「需求性擴產(拉式)」、「定產量,品質提升」、「定品質,產量增加」、「前瞻性研發(拉式)」、「利基型研發(推式)」、「前計畫性研發(拉式)」、「需求性研發(推式)」、「單向整合(上或下)」、「双向整合(上與下)」、「產品品項縮減」、「部門分割」。三大策略方案為「自行開發/建置」、「外購/併購」、「策略聯盟」。 二、關鍵策略評選構面之跨構面權重值及權重排序評選因素中以生產規模為第一,產品與技術發展為第二,產業整合程度為排名最後。跨構面之相對重要性,「計畫性擴產(推式)」為最高,「前瞻性研發(拉式)」為第二,第三為「需求性擴產(拉式)」,最後一名為「部門分割」。 三、太陽能產業競爭策略方案評選權重結果「自行開發/建置」及「策略聯盟」的方案為最常採用,而「外購/併購」的方案其分數均非最低分。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAbstract The purpose of this study is construct competitive strategies for technology innovation of Taiwan silicon solar industry, and the development of industrial management plan. The fuzzy AHP to construct the technology innovation award factors and questionnaire analysis right selection factors of weight, further to find the right key development programs. Research results as follows: 1. The establishment of competitive strategy selection hierarchical structure Three dimensions were "production scale", "product and technology development," "degree of industry consolidation" and six secondary objectives were “incremental scale", "fixed size", "diversity", "centralized", "a high degree of integration", "low degree of integration", twelve assessment criteria are "plan of expansion (push)", "expansion of demand (pull)", "fixed yield, quality improvement," "given quality, increase yield," "forward-looking research and development (pull) "," niche research and development (push) "," the former R & D program (pull) "," R & D needs (push) "," one-way integration (up or down) ""bidirectional integration (upper and lower)," "product items cut", "separation of departments" ,three strategic plan for the "self-development / build", "outsourcing / M & A," "strategic alliance" 2. The dimensions weights and cross assessment criteria weight for sorting The dimensions weights are "production scale" is the first, the second is "product and technology development," "degree of industry consolidation" ranked last. The relative importance of cross-dimensions, the "plan of expansion (push)" is the highest, "forward-looking research and development (pull)" for the second, third is "demand of the expansion (pull)", last one is "the separation of departments." 3. Solar Industry Competitive Strategy weighting scheme results "Self Development / build" and "strategic alliance" solution for the most commonly used, and "outsourcing / M & A" non-program their scores were the lowest points.
