dc.description.abstract | In the competitive of global environment, enterprises consider the overall effectiveness of competition, outsourcing has been one of the most important strategy. Good suppliers enhance the real gains and be able to offer more choices and services. However, not all suppliers are able to meet the needs of enterprises or are expected to increase enterprise efficiency. Inappropriate selection of suppliers will cause more losses in business operations. This study is to focus on the packaging materials of mobile phone industry, and related matters which the outsourcing required and establish the selection criteria of outsourcing supplier. The study will cost, delivery, innovation, quality and service with its extension of the 16 factors as an indicator through a case study of expert interviews,and obtain the real opinion of the mobile phone industry, and use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze and selected the criteria weights of suppliers. The results of this study can be provided in the selection of outsourcing suppliers, a more objective decision-making for reference, suppliers can also be based on its priority to improve its ability. If the suppliers have not been selected, they can adjust its strategy according to this study.
