TPS (Toyota Production System, TPS) and Lead Production promote no-stock to manage the shop floor. It is a simple concept, but it is creating a business toward the international arena.
In this thesis, the lean production system applied will help business production process reengineering. Lean Production will help enterprise to effectively control the production process, simplify the management of the manufacturing site, reduce product lead time, cost, and improve product quality. By the QIS (Quality Information System, QIS) to be implemented, it will help enterprises to monitor shop floor situation and control in timely information.
