| dc.description.abstract | 本論文以「財團法人桃園縣寺廟團體公益慈善基金會」為個案研究。此組織成立於1987年之後的桃園縣，為我國第一個地方性信仰型非營利組織之策略聯盟。具有歷史性與獨特性。在研究目的方面，首先，本論文探討信仰型非營利組織之意涵及其特性。其次，分析研究對象不同發展階段之歷史分期。第三，本論文進一步探究研究對象組織成立目的、成立方式、與寺廟團體成員間之合作關係、內部董事會治理、與政府的互動，並採取三種研究方法與一種研究途徑。分別為個案研究法、文獻蒐集分析法、深度訪談法，與歷史結構分析法。除探討研究個案內部的對內運作與治理和對外與政府之關係外，也藉由歷史脈絡中的政治、經濟、社會等結構性因素，去分析臺灣地方性信仰型非營利組織的存在與歷史上的相關性。並試圖建立研究對象自組織創立以來之歷史分期。最後根據對外環境之歷史結構分析、對內組織治理與研究個案之策略聯盟，得出三種不同的發現。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis is a case study based on “the Charity Foundation of Taoyuan Temple Group”. This foundation founded in Taoyuan County in 1987, was the first strategic alliance of the local faith-based organization in Taiwan. It’s a historic and unique organization. For the purposes of this study, firstly, the thesis explores implications and characteristics of the faith-based organization; secondary, analyzes historical division for research objects in different development stages; thirdly, further explores the purpose and method for the establishment of the organization, cooperative relationship between members in the temple group, governance for internal board of directors, and interaction with the government. Three research methods and one research approach adopted in this study are case study, literature review and analysis method, in-depth interview and historical-structure analysis, respectively.
Besides exploration of internal operation and governance and external relationship with the government in this case study, this thesis analyzed the correlation between the existence of local faith-based organization in Taiwan and that in history through structural factors including politics, economics and society in historical context, and intended to establish historical division for research object since the organization was founded. Finally, the thesis concluded three different findings in accordance with historical-structural analysis for external environment, governance for internal organization and strategic alliance for case study. | en_US |
