摘要(中) 創新已成為組織團隊不可或缺的重要因素之一。組織要進行創新,需掌握外在產業環境變化與新需求的浮現,以及善用組織內部資源,組織透過內外部資源的協調整合,以因應快速變化的環境。過去學者缺乏外部機會掌握與善用內部資源等整合性研究,故本研究將針對創業導向、智慧資本與吸收能力對組織創新的關係與影響進行探討。創業導向能夠積極探索外部的發展機會、智慧資本為組織無形資本的知識總存量,以及吸收能力為組織從外部取得的知識消化、轉化與應用創新的能力。本研究以生技產業專業團隊為研究對象,共發出474份問卷,回收280份問券(回收率為59.1%)。並以結構方程式進行資料分析驗證。實證結果顯示:(1)創業導向、智慧資本與對於創新有顯著關係;(2)創業導向與智慧資本對於吸收能力有顯著關係,顯示創業導向與智慧資本為吸收能力的前置因素;(3) 吸收能力對創業導向和智慧資本與創新的中介效果不顯著。
摘要(英) Innovation is an important factor indispensable to organizational team. For innovation, organizational team needs to monitor and evaluate the external environment changes and emerging new needs, leverage internal resources, and integrate organizational internal and external resources in response to a rapidly changing environment. Most researchers have disregarded a integration research in the relationship between grasping external opportunities and leveraging internal resources. This study fills in the gap by construct a model among entrepreneurial orientation(EO), intellectual capital(IC), absorptive capacity(AC), and innovation. EO actively explore external opportunities, IC is the total stock of intangible capital of organization′s knowledge, as well as AC is the ability to acquire, assimilate, transform, exploit knowledge from outside the organization. These analyses are based on samples from the biotechnology industry project team 280 valid respondents (response rate 59.1%) in Taiwan. The empirical results show: (1) EO, IC and innovation have significant relationship; (2) EO and IC to AC have significant relationship indicating that EO and IC are the antecedents of AC; (3) the mediating effects of AC between EO/IC and innovation is not significant.
