In order to fully understand whether SAP′s ASAP methodology can be used to successfully implement other non-SAP projects, this research builds a research model based on the information system (IS) successful model of DeLone & McLean (2003). This studied project integrates the EasyFlow GP enterprise process system, SAP ERP and material management system proposed by Digiwin into a single SMS sales management system. The IS success model was used to analyze the user′s actual experience of using the SMS sales management system. Questionnaires and short interviews were used to collect data to examine whether the SMS sales management system meets user needs, and to further explore and analyze the relationships between quality satisfaction and other variables.
It can be inferred from the analysis results that the questionnaire result is a highly reliable, and the following results can be obtained from the data collected. Based on the experience survey, the quality of information, the quality of the system, and the quality of services all have a positive impact on the willingness to use. User satisfaction has a positive effect on the willingness to use; both willingness to use and satisfaction have a positive effect on the degree of use.
In addition, this study also demonstrated the scope of application of SAP’s ASAP methodology can be expanded to be applied to implement other non-SAP systems. The study thus provides a reference for other companies when they want to apply ASAP methodology to their own projects. Suggested directions for future research are proposed. |
