This thesis primarily with 6022(Al-0.6Mg-1.0Si-0.01Cu) aluminium alloy for experiment material inquires into the different manufacturing process condition for 6022 the effect of aluminium alloy aging precipitations.
In the experiment, by transforming soaking parameter, hot rolling parameter anneal parameter, cold rolling parameter, solution parameter, pre-aging parameter, artificial aging parameter. Also interlock the OM, DSC, TEM, tensile test analyzes, seeking the optimum to match 6022 the manufacturing process of aluminium alloys, make 6022 aluminium alloy through artificial ageing can receive the good precipitation enhances the effect.
The results indicate that 6022 aluminium alloys through 570℃ soaking, 490℃hot rolling, 250℃×5h annealing , cold rolling(4mm→1mm) , 560℃×1h solution and water-quench. In addition to making constituents reduced, also acquire high concentration supersaturated solid solution and minor recrystallization grains, so the precipitation enhances the effect better. Besides, In the aspects of pre-aging and step pre-aging, there is positive help with 90℃×1h pre-aging and 180℃×1h+70℃×14h step pre-aging, can acquire maximum G.P.Zones( II) and β′nucleolus for hereafter precipitations. Due to pre-aging can accelerate G.P.Zones( II) and β′nucleolus are born, on the select of artificial aging time can’’t super - lengthways. With 90℃×1h pre-aging and 180℃×1h+70℃×14h step pre-aging for instance, Carry on 170℃×500min ,170℃×1000min artificial aging can preventing precipitation phase bulky transformation respectively, acquire the best strength. |
