Automatic storage of relevant studies have been developed, including design principles of automatic storage, automatic storage structure of the classification of the operation of automatic storage systemic flow analysis, automatic storage, such as access to local access logic, and comparison, for the operation of the Automated Storage and Retrieval Management seldom explored.
Automated Storage and Retrieval operations from time to ship about the proportion of the entire warehousing operation time of about 30% ~ 40% efficiency of the implementation of warehouse storage operations to be automated so that the effective operation of storage as the first priority. A company warehousing operations, including production, order processing, automated warehousing operation get access to machines, as well as cargo handling operations and effective co-ordination between them, or will have excessive or unnecessary bottlenecks in operations, not only affects the logistics center picking time, and the overall service operation caused delay, unnecessary costs arising.
Therefore, in order to automatically analyze the establishment of a correct storage and picking operations more efficient management, automatic storage for the entire impact of the implementation will not be quite efficient. Therefore, the depth will be able to automatic storage and day-to-day operation of what happened on controlling abnormal situation, analyze the risks and possible preventive measures and even set up more efficient processes in order to effectively enhance the storage of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems Operations Management is very worthy of study issue.
The main purpose of this study was to explore the failure of the automatic storage system maintenance problems.
