摘要(中) 本研究旨在增進對於資訊技能概念之瞭解,並探索資訊技能對於資訊
能力以及資訊科技與企業配適度之影響。 資訊技能包含巧實力、軟實力
與硬實力。 在 2008 年,奈伊教授創造了”巧實力”這個名詞,並將其定義
為使用軟實力與硬實力來得到他所想要的東西的能力。 然而,巧實力一
詞在學術領域裡依然沒有清楚的概念性定義。 近年來,軟實力在資訊系
統領域受到越來越多地注意,但研究巧實力與軟/硬實力的研究仍然相當
缺乏。 在本研究中,資訊能力著重於資訊系統開發的相關能力,像是資
訊部門與使用者部門協同合作程度、資訊適應性與資訊創新性。 此外,
近年來關於探討資訊能力如何增進資訊科技與企業配適度的研究也相當
缺乏。 因此,本研究主要在探討巧實力如何影響軟實力和硬實力,以及
這些資訊技能如何影響資訊能力以及資訊科技與企業配適度。 在資料分
析之後,我們發現巧實力對於軟硬實力配適度有負向相關,而軟硬實力配
適度對於資訊人員與使用者協同合作及資訊科技調適度有負向相關。
摘要(英) This study aims at improving our understanding of the concept of Information
Technology (IT) skills and exploring the contribution of these skills to IT capabilities and
IT-business alignment. IT skills include smart power, soft skills and hard skills. In 2008,
Professor Nye has created the term “smart power” that is defined as the ability to use soft
power and hard power to get what one wants. But there is still no clear conceptual
definition of smart power in academic area. In recent years, soft skills have gained more
attention in IS areas. However, research which has empirically documented the link
between smart power and soft/hard skills is scant. In this study, IT capabilities focus on
areas of capability that related to IS development, such as IT-user collaboration, IT
adaptability and IT innovativeness. Moreover, issue about how IT capabilities contribute
to IT-business alignment has been discussed not widely in recent years. Therefore, we
have interest in how smart power affects soft/hard skills and how these skills affect IT
capabilities and IT-business alignment. After analyzing the data, we found that smart
power has a negative impact on soft skills-hard skills fit, whereas soft skills-hard skills fit
has negative impact on IT-user collaboration and IT adaptability.
