    Abstract: 本論文探討利用異質接面光電晶體來偵測牛血清蛋白濃度,內容包含元件光罩的設計以及光電晶體的製作,與在偵測牛血清蛋白濃度應用。針對牛血清蛋白覆蓋在元件照光區時,所量測到的光電流,與未覆蓋牛血清蛋白前所量測到的光電流做比較,並改變牛血清蛋白的濃度進行量測,可得到不同牛血清蛋白濃度的測量趨勢,進而應用在未知濃度的測量評估。而元件的測量條件為,0.8 V 的直流偏壓,850 nm的光源,光源功率為0.75 mW。相同元件也可應用在其他動物的血清蛋白上。 In this work, it was using HPT to detect the BSA concentration. The content contains mask the design and production of HPT, and detection BSA concentration application. When BSA covers in the area phototherapy of device, the measurement photocurrent and not covered before the measurement of bovine serum albumin to compare the photocurrent, and the change BSA concentration to measure, and obtains the different BSA survey tendency, and then application in unknown concentration survey appraisal. And device operating in the 0.8 V DC bias, the light source is 850 nm and the source of power for the importation of 0.75 mW. Device is also applying in other animal`s serum albumins.
