    摘要: 本文主要是研製一台非接觸的供電系統,其中功率級電路架構是升壓型電路與全橋電路作結合。為改善傳統非接觸變壓器的高漏感問題,而改由使用同軸式的繞組結構,可大幅的降低漏感缺點,此外利用其高激磁電流特點,使功率開關在盲時區間內,電路處在諧振特性易於達到零電壓切換。輸出訊號主要是使用UART(非同步接收傳送)通訊方式,透過無線收發的電路將二次側負載之信號迴授到一次側的數位訊號處理控制器(dsPIC30F2010)內,經PI控制器產生控制開關的PWM訊號作閉迴路控制,讓輸出電壓穩定在36V,最後經由實驗証明本論文研製以同軸變壓器實現之非接觸式供電系統性能與預期相符。 This thesis mainly proposes a non-contact power supply. It integrates a boost circuit and a full bridge circuit into the power stage circuit topology. Because the conventional non-contact transformer has high leakage inductance, the transformer uses coaxial winding structure which significantly reduces leakage inductance. Moreover, it also takes advantage of its high magnetizing current character so that the power switch could easily reach zero voltage switch by resonant character in the deadtime interval. Output load signals are fed back, through wireless universal asynchronous receiver and transmitter communication circuits, to the digital signal peripheral interface controller (dsPIC) located in the primary side. The proportional and integral controller in dsPIC generates a proper Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal to regulate the output voltage at 36 volts. Finally, experiment results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed non-contact power supply as expected.
