本論文利用基本的線性零組件,來完成非線性元件的模擬,基本線性零組件,包含了電壓源、電阻、電容、電感、電壓控制電流源等。在程式上運用新的表式法,為了利於辦識、學習、調整,我們將非線性元件的內部參數,顯示在主程式上。本研究含蓋非線性元件的直流分析以及交流分析,包括RC串聯電路、二極體電路、電晶體電路、差動放大器電路,以及RLC並聯電路,將其模擬結果與PSpice比較。最後我們介紹交流電路模擬器的開發,並如何將直流與交流分析整合為一體。 In this thesis, we develop a circuit simulator for nonlinear circuit simulation by using basic linear components. The basic linear components include voltage source, resistor, capacitor, inductor and voltage-control current source. The nonlinear circuit component is substituted by linear circuit component. We move the circuit parameters of non linear device from a function to the main program in order to make our program more readable. The nonlinear circuits include diode, BJT and Differential-amplifier pair. We also compare our simulation results with PSpice. Finally, we develop an AC circuit simulator and integrate AC simulator and DC simulator for fast simulation.
