大部分的生產系統,都有庫存,如何針對庫存做最有效的管理,在滿足所有顧客需要的前提下,盡量維持低存貨水準,進而獲得最低的存貨成本,則是每個生產系統追求的目標。然而在實務面上,國內企業界經理人則多因礙於繁雜的數學公式推導,以致通常未能精確計算各項存貨管理成本數據,更無法據以推導出相關最佳庫存管制水準數量,故造成存貨管理事倍功半。 本研究有鑑於此現象,希望能在大幅減低繁瑣之數學計算工作之情形下,提供一較簡單之方式,供企業界實務上應用。我們先針對個案公司之各項存貨成本等數據做研究分析,求得各項存貨成本數據後,再結合電腦模擬軟體,建立存貨管理方式之模擬模型,最後再利用模擬軟體內建之功能,自動求出最佳解。在一步一步的求解過程中,我們發現電腦模擬軟體確實能如預期一般提供一較簡單之方式,並且求出現況存貨管理系統中最佳管制上下限。此外,亦發現使用電腦模擬軟體,更具有一旦模型建立完成後,只需調整所需參數值,即可快速觀察相對應之各項輸出變化以做為決策之參考之優點,此點非常適合庫存管理在實務面上之應用。 There are stocks in mostly production system.How to do an effective management about the inventory,keep lower inventory-level but also satisfy the demand of customers, and finally get the minimum inventory cost,it is the goal of every production system.But in the real world,due to the mathematical calculations are too complicated for managers of domestic companys,they neither compute every items of the inventory cost correctly nor figure out the optimal control limit of inventory level,so they get half the result with twice the effort in manage inventories. In order to improve this problem ,in this paper,we wish to find out a more easier way that with less calculational complexity,and then provide it for the business use.Firstly,we study and calculate the inventory cost in a case company,then we use the computer simulation software to build up a model of the inventory system.Finally,use the built-in function of the simulation software to get the optimal solution.During the problem-solving procedure,we find the simulation software really can prdvide us an easier way to get the optimal solution.Furthermore,we also find that we can easily observe the change of output by just adjust the corresponding parameter,it helps us in decision-making process and also has good practical applications in the real inventory management works.
