對現今企業而言,委外已是一項營運的策略之一,因此本研究以屬於高科技產業內的電子級化學品製造產業為研究對象,探討其在策略性委外的需求下,以成本、品質、交期、彈性與服務等五個構面及其所延伸之重要影響因素來建立多準則決策架構,經由專家訪談的方式取得其判斷意見,並運用分析層級法加以分析,以評選出電子化學品業委外供應商的評選準則。 經由本文之研究探討後發現,電子化學品製造產業因其主要客戶為半導體產業,因此在委外供應商的評選準則上的優先順序為:一、品質。二、交期。三、成本。四、彈性。五、服務。而促使企業產生委外需求的成本因素並非為第一優先考量項目,顯示了現代產業所關注的品質與交期,亦延伸至其所委外的供應商。本研究所探討之電子化學品業委外供應商評選準則,將可提供業界作為評選其委外供應商的參考,亦可提供給委外供應廠商做為取得原廠合格供應商的參考,使參與其中的廠商了解雙方的需求,進而互惠互利以提升雙方的競爭力。 For most of corporations today, outsourcing has been one kind of operation strategies; the study is focused on electronic chemicals manufacturers of the high-end technology, aiming at the decision structure backed up by the demand of strategic outsourcing with five essential factors: cost, quality, delivery, flexibility and service as well as their derivative effects. In this research, experts share their insights through interviews and those elements are analyzed by the method of AHP (Analytical Hierachy Process) in order to set up an outsourcing supplier selection standard for the electronic chemicals manufacurers industry. The research shows that electronic chemicals manufacurers industry has a direct supply-demand relationship with SEMICON industry, and the outsourcing suppliers of electronic chemicals manufacurers industry are chosen in terms of quality, following with delivery, cost, flexibility, and service. Ironically, the cost is not regarded as a top priority even though it is the main cause of outsourcing. This indicates quality and delivery are what corporations really consider to choose and decide on their suppliers. The set of standards can be applicable in electronic chemicals manufacurers indutry and among the outsourcing suppliers when they need the reference to be qualified by the original manufacturers. It enables both sides to work together to create a win-win situation and help each other to be more competitive and successful in the marketplace.
