本研究主要探討在全球供應鏈管理下,台灣康寧顯示玻璃股份有限公司(以下簡稱台灣康寧公司)之國內及國外供應商評選要素為何 ? 該評選要素之重要程度為何 ? 在評選國內及國外供應商時有哪些差異 ? 本研究先經由相關文獻找尋關鍵之衡量要素,而後經由產業專家的專業素養與豐富之經驗,進行相關構面與評估要素之遴選,最後,則以分析層級程序法(AHP) 針對企業實際參與供應商評選決策之中高階管理者, 進行問卷訪查, 將錯綜複雜之供應商評選過程,簡化為較易分析的要素層級,以計算各評選要素間的相對權重,並排列出各評選要素的優先順序。 結果顯示,在全球供應鏈管理下,台灣康寧公司之前八大國內供應商評選要素依序為: (一) 製程能力 (二) 品質一致性 (三) 最低價格的提供 (四) 交期一致性 (五) 持續改善的能力 (六) 運輸成本 (七) 售後服務 (八) 產品責任。 而國外供應商評選前八大要素依序為: (一) 運輸成本 (二) 品質一致性 (三) 製程能力 (四) 交期一致性 (五)持續改善的能力 (六) 最低價格的提供 (七) 匯率 (八) 產品責任。 本研究針對台灣康寧公司供應商評選要素之分析,利用所找出之評選要素協助台灣康寧公司或相關光電產業在評選供應商時能以較客觀且量化的方式分析各供應商之優劣: 而在面對國際化競爭時,亦能以此作為建構全球化供應鏈管理之參考,並將複雜之供應商評選過程,化為簡明且有效率的方式。 The academic goal of this research is to develop a global supplier evaluation system while Taiwan Corning Display Glass Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Taiwan Corning) is probing into the management of global supply chain. What are the key evaluating elements? What are the ratings of these elements? What are differences while evaluating the domestic and supplier abroad? This research first looked for key measuring elements via relevant documents and then referred to professional accomplishment and abundant experience of the industry experts. Carrying on the selection of constructing surface and key evaluation element. Finally, by the questionnaire to those high-ordered administrator participants in supplier's evaluating by AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process), simplifying the complicated evaluation process into alimented grade to calculate the relative weight among the key elements and to list the priority of key elements side by side. The results show under the management of global supply chain, the top eight key evaluated element to domestic suppliers of Taiwan Coning as follows: (1) Manufacture ability (2) Quality consistency (3) Offering of the lowest price (4) Delivery in consistency (5) Ability to improve continuously (6) Transport cost (7) After-sale service (8) Product liability. And the eight major key elements to the foreign supplier evaluates in order: (1) Transport cost (2) Quality consistency (3) Manufacture ability (4) Delivery in consistency (5) Ability to improve continuously (6) Offering of the lowest price (7) Exchange rate (8) Product liability. This research provided an evaluation method while choosing the supplier of Taiwan Corning via getting more objective and quantized information to analyze the Good or bad supplier. In the face of the internationalized competition, this method can also be regarded as the reference of building global supply chain, since it evaluates the complicated process of supplier choosing into a concise and efficient way.
