企業目前面臨顧客對於產品個人化的需求,迫使企業必須縮減交貨時間以及價格,同時仍然滿足基本需求。大量客製化以差異化與成本導向的策略,結合客製化及大量生產的特性,協助企業克服這些難題。 我們著眼在產品平台設計與發展階段。在方法上,首先利用品質機能展開( QFD ),部署產品平台的工程需求與產品規格。接著採用設計結構矩陣( DSM )規劃產品架構並安排設計活動流程。最後將設計活動及零組件的資訊回饋到QFD之中,協助評估產品平台的重要特性。 本篇論文旨在提出以整合QFD 與DSM 的架構,支援大量客製化產品的設計規劃,發展及評估產品平台與產品家族,以增進產品開發的效率。 Industries today are being forced to react to the growing individualization of demand. In this kind of situation, it is critical to decrease the price and the delivery time, whereas basic requirements still have to be guaranteed. Mass customization meets this challenge by striving for both differentiation and cost leadership. Our focus is on the design and development phase. At first, we will deploy and evaluate specifications and engineering requirements of product platforms by using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Subsequently, we adopted the Design Structure Matrix (DSM) to develop product architectures and design activities. Lastly, the product properties are evaluated according to the information obtained from the preceding procedures. In this thesis, we elaborate a framework which integrates advanced QFD with DSM to support product design planning within the strategy of mass customization.
