    Abstract: 本研究主要是提出由日本TOYOTA結合問題解決手法、FMEA及檢查表所產出的品質開發流程(Quality Development Process)手法,如何將其貫穿在汽車工業新產品開發流程中,以確實達成新產品開發的以下幾項目標: (1) 將公司有效的轉型成學習型組織,可短時間(3到六個月)內將公司新進人員訓練成經驗及技術皆合格的開發人員(2) 大幅減少源頭設計及開發階段模/治具的錯誤 (3) 以目視化管理方式有效掌開發進度,落實PDCA循環精神 (4) 大幅減少量產品質及售後索賠問題。 此篇研究結合G8D問題解決手法 、FEMA 及 PDCA模型。問題解決手法就是發掘問題、界定問題、探索要因,尋思對策,到實施方案,以及評估確認整個過程中有關規劃、組織、執行與控制的各項管理任務。FEMA 主要在於以知識管理的方式轉化過去不良履歷,使同樣得的不良模式不會在未來再發生。PDCA則是透過計畫、實施、檢查、改善四步驟所形成的持續改善手法。 在第三章中,我們將詳細地描述方法論的架構,接著在第四章中,我們將 整合所提出的方法論品質開發流程(QDP: Quality Development Process)並應用在新產品開發流程上,並且展示如何將上述方法論以目視化管理的方式監控整個開發流程。 在第五章,以個案分析的方式來驗證所建立的QDP手法如何從頭到尾貫穿新產品開發流程,並達到執行及監控的目的。於第六章做結語。 The purpose of this research paper is to present the Quality Development Process (QDP) management technique which is developed by TOYOTA Japan. This management technique combines the problem solving technique, FMEA and checking list altogether to create effective management throughout the new product development process. It also can achieve the following development goals: (1) the company organization is transformed into effective learning organization. The newly recruited engineer can be trained into well experienced and qualified engineer in just 3 to 6 months. (2) The design and tooling error can be greatly reduced from the beginning stage of the development process. (3) The visual management is implemented to effectively monitor development progress; the essence of PDCA is realized. (4) Great reduction of post Job1 warranty cost due to significant production quality improvement. This research paper includes G8D problem solving technique, FMEA and PDCA model. Problem solving technique is a discipline way to discover problem, define problem, investigate the root cause for the problem, and finally select and implement corrective actions in a well planned, organized and monitored way. FMEA is to transform the past failure mode into knowledge management base to prevent the similar failure mode from happening in the future. PDCA is a method which includes Plan, DO, Check and Act four stages to form a continuous improvement circle. In chapter 3, this paper will detail the frame work of the methodologies, and in the chapter 4, the methodologies in the previous chapter will be combined to form QDP (Quality Development Process) methodology and how this method use visual management to effectively monitor the development process will be described in detail. In chapter 5, a case study is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of QDP methodology and a summary will be concluded in chapter 6.
