在競爭激烈的時代,企業間的競爭已不再如過去一般,而企業間的競爭演變至供應鏈網絡(Supply Chain Network)間的競爭。供應鏈所有成員必須以整體供應鏈的利益為最優先考量,並使所處的供應鏈體系能同時兼顧「品質」、「時間」與「彈性」才能提升自己的競爭優勢。在複雜的半導體封裝測試產業裡,面對產業電子化的趨勢,快速回應顧客已成為企業維持競爭優勢的關鍵所在。 本研究為描述性的個案研究,利用多重個案研究的方式對個案公司做深度分析與發掘現象之間的關係。企業為滿足消費者需求並希望能承諾客戶所有訂單皆能準時達交,簡化採購流程為達到成本降低、快速回應和生產彈性。 因應市場快速調適的能力,不至於發生缺料或產能不足的情況,改善供應鏈的長鞭效應,供應商管理庫存(VMI)是一種最好的方法。透過資訊科技,分享庫存資料,供應鏈維持最佳化的庫存水準在買賣雙方之間。 In the era of competition, competition evolved from between enterprises to between supply chain networks. All members should consider the advantages of the supply chain. The supply chain system should focus on quality, response time and flexibility to improve its effectiveness. In the whole complex domain of Semiconductor Assembly House, facing the trend of electronic business, the issue “quickly response to customers” has become a key point to keep competition superiority for an enterprise. This study is a description case study, by multiple-cases with the deeply analysis to discover the relation of the phenomenon. In order to satisfying the consumer requirement, promise to fulfill all orders on time, simplified procurement process to achieve cost reduction, quick response, and production flexibility. Quickly responds the market, avoid the lack of materials or insufficient capability. Improving the bullwhip effect of the supply chain, the Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI)is the best method. Through the information technology, inventory data sharing, supply chain should keep a optimized inventory level with supplier and purchaser.
