Abstract:	「工業安全與衛生」是一門科學與藝術，國內業界及大陸台商對於廣大之勞工大眾均應致力於該方面之認知、評估及控制工作場所存在的或發生的環境因素或壓力，而如何防止工作場所危害因素的產生，分配適性的工作予工作者，及早發現與工作有關的疾病，此乃本論文研究之主要課題。在國際普遍重視勞工安全與衛生的同時，台灣中小型企業，仍有因未依規定或未正視工業安全衛生等情事，肇致人員傷亡，釀成家庭悲劇，不僅造成員工家庭生活頓時陷入困頓，亦增加社會成本。本研究藉由A公司「作業流程所遇工安問題」探討，尋求合於國內或大陸台商工廠安全、衛生及正確之作業模式；並對科技產品翻修及零附件製造過程遭遇之工安問題，提出解決方案，以維護勞工安全，增進工作效能。 Industrial safety and Health has become a kind of science and art all over the world. It's not only for Taiwan but also Mainland China to develop business. How to control the critical element and prevent injury accident from happening is a main issue to study. The case study of A company working process is going to provide the correct method for business efficiency.
