論文摘要 同一個產業,為何某些公司能夠持續繁榮茁壯,而其他公司卻步履蹣跚?決定一企業成敗的真正因素通常可追溯到這個企業經營者有無做到讓它的員工們得全力以赴發揮所長。重要關鍵因素如:企業競爭力、市場判斷力或經營團隊領導統御能力等。本研究擬探究一被視為「傳統產業」、「夕陽工業」的A膠帶公司經營者,在外部環境快速變遷下,產業所面臨的經營難題為何?企業經營者在劇變的環境中該如何運用企業内在環境之優劣勢,以作為因應外在環境持續變化之競爭條件?又該如何提升組織執行力,以維護其企業價值? 本研究經由文獻收集整理出適合且相關之關鍵因素,先藉由黏性膠帶產業分析對個案公司進行外部環境構面之產業背景分析;再對企業信念、願景與範疇、價值觀及經營策略等內部環境構面分析,對個案公司中上經理人的問卷調查,再以平衡計分卡作為彙總關鍵的經營指標。最後本研究使經濟附加價值評價最為個案公司最終的經營績效。 依研究結果顯示,企業經營者之經營態度及策略敏感程度,是直接主導著企業永續經營成敗之主因。 Abstract Why in the same industry some companies can continue to prosper, but some others shamble? The real factors that determine the up and down of an enterprise can usually be traced back to the issue whether the top management has led the company in a way that the employees may do whatever they are good at without any reservation. Each company’s performance may be high or low with respect to such important key factors such as competitiveness, market judgment or leadership of the management team and so on. This research intends to explore what is the difficulties faced by a manager of a rubber tape company, which is generally being viewed as “traditional industry” or “sunset industry”, when the external environment is rapidly changing? How in such a rapidly changing environment the manager shall use the strength and weakness of the company’s internal environment as a condition of competition to cope with the constantly changing outside environment? Moreover, how the manager can elevate the execution of the organization to maintain the value of the company? This research arranges proper and relevant key factors through the collection of literature. It first analyzes the industrial background of the aspect of the company’s external environment through the analysis of the rubber tape industry. It then analyzes the aspect of the company’s internal attributes including the company’s belief, vision, value, and strategies. It uses the balance scorecard framework to summarize the key sustainable factors, collected from a survey for top and middle managers. The economic value added is used as the end performance indicator of a company. The results of the study reveal that the key sustainable factors are the attitude of top management and its strategic sensitivity.
