    Abstract: 以往過去銀行主要的收入來源,是來自以存放款利差為主,演變為朝向手續費為主的財富管理模式經營客戶理財業務,增加分行盈餘收入來源,由於無需提列呆帳及催收倒帳,皆為淨手續費收入,因此財富管理業務受到國內銀行業的重視;但實際上的經營模式與打出的口號之間仍有一些差距,若不趕緊縮短這段差距,很難與全球的金融接軌。找出潛在的問題,以提供業者在經營模式上的參考。 本文旨在針對財富管理業務進行探討分析利用平衡計分卡之四個構面探索財富管理未來的發展與策略價值所在. 並提供財富管理較全面性的分析結果,仍需要適時調整,可藉由提案制度的建立合作機制,找出未來經營的模式。 本研究發現發展財富管理的業務時,最重要的是第一線業務人員需幫客戶找出效率前緣的最佳投資組合的點,進行理財規劃。而未來發展的重點亦將繼續以創新流程服務客戶,維持競爭優勢。 In the past the past bank's main source of revenue is derived from storage, spreads mainly, Evolution towards charges mainly for the wealth management business management business customers, increase revenue surplus branches, As the need to set and collect debts owed by reversing account, the net fee income were, Therefore wealth management operations to the domestic banking; But in fact the business model and played the slogans are still some differences between, if not quickly shorten this gap, difficult with the global financial practice. This study found that the development of wealth management business, The most important first line of business is required to help customers find the best front efficiency in the investment portfolio, for financial planning. And the focus of future development will continue to process customer service innovation to maintain competitive advantage.
